April 8th starts our Spring Break between sessions with a slightly scaled down schedule. All workouts are open for drop-ins, so now is the time to get in and give the program a try. The break workouts are indicated at the level of our regular session classes but you are welcome to check out any of the workouts.

Tuesday -
- 11:45 AM Senior
- 6:30 PM Level 2
Wednesday -
- 9:30 AM level 3
Thursday -
- 6:30 PM level 2
Friday -
- 9:30 AM level 3
- 11:45 AM Senior
Saturday -
- 9:30 AM all levels
Our Spring Session will be in full swing starting April 15th. During the next session, we’ll be gradually rolling out a new reservation system and adding more drop-in classes.
