Classes grouped by general fitness levels:
“Easy Does It” – the place to start to work into the concept of tree training.
“Strength Circuit” – workout that alternates resistance exercises for complete & balanced functional strength
“Cardio Circuit” - a bit tougher, this workout alternates cardio segments with strength for overall conditioning
Seniors – 60+ workout focusing on balance and overall strength and functional fitness
- Core - focus is on core strength and overall flexibility
- The Gamut – everything and anything goes on Saturdays
- Barre in Motion - a total body workout utilizing small isometric movements set to music. It is easy on the joints and incorporates stretching after each strength segment, helping to develop long, lean muscles. However, this is not your typical barre class. The unstable barre forces participants to activate their core more than in a traditional barre class and allows for a wider range of upper body strengthening and toning exercises.
You can now sign up for classes and process payments online. For returning clients booking regular sessions, it might be easiest to purchase the 18 class pass to start, then reserve your spots in classes. If you have any questions, call Donna!
