The 11:45 MTTF class has been adjusted -
Tues/Thurs 11:45 – Circuit for Seniors
Monday/Fri 11:00 – Flexible Strength for Seniors (not just for Seniors)

We are now offering online payment and reservation!

Classes grouped by general fitness levels:

  • “Easy Does It” – the place to start to work into the concept of tree training.
  • “Everybody’s Circuit” – mid-level workout for the generally fit, those who are used to working out and want something new.
  • “Triple Fat Burning Circuit” – advanced – for those who want to push a bit harder!
  • Seniors – 60+ workout focusing on balance and overall strength and functional fitness
  • Core/Stretch - focus is on core strength and overall flexibility
  • The Gamut – everything and anything goes on Saturdays

You can now sign up for classes and process payments online.  For returning clients booking regular sessions, it might be easiest to purchase the 18 class pass to start, then reserve your spots in classes.  If you have any questions, call Donna!
